Bula and welcome to the Farmstead, a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and the relaxed atmosphere of a working farm. If you're looking for somewhere different from a typical city apartment or hotel, Voivoi offers plenty of space, privacy and an opportunity to slow down and enjoy a more natural side of Fiji.

The property is particularly well suited to larger families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests across two separate homes.

Two Homes – One Private Property

Your booking gives you exclusive use of the entire accommodation, consisting of two separate homes connected by the pool and outdoor deck area.

Together, the two homes provide 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out while still being able to enjoy the property together.

The Main House – 3 Bedrooms

The larger home is arranged over two levels.

The kitchen and lounge are located downstairs, providing a central area for preparing meals, dining and relaxing together.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. An important feature of the home's design is that the upstairs bedrooms are not accessed by an internal staircase. To reach the bedrooms from the downstairs kitchen and living area, guests need to step outside and use the external stairs leading to the upper level.

We want guests to be aware of this layout before booking, particularly families travelling with young children, elderly guests or anyone with mobility limitations.

The Cottage – 2 Bedrooms

Alongside the main house is a separate two-bedroom cottage, providing additional privacy and space for larger groups.

Having two separate homes makes Voivoi particularly convenient for extended families, groups of friends or multiple families travelling together, as guests can stay close to one another while still having their own living and sleeping spaces.

Sleeping Arrangements

Across the two homes, the bedding configuration consists of:

1 King bed • 4 Queen beds • 2 Single beds

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 registered overnight guests.

Kitchens & Longer Stays

With two separate kitchens, there's plenty of flexibility when travelling as a larger group. The kitchens are equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're making a quick breakfast or cooking dinner for the family.

Pool, Deck & Plenty of Outdoor Space

At the centre of the two homes is the swimming pool and deck area, helping bring the entire property together.

Voivoi is all about space. There's a basketball court, extensive grounds to explore and plenty of onsite parking, with room for guests to relax outdoors and enjoy the farm environment.

This isn't a conventional resort experience—it's a genuine farmstay, where nature, animals and outdoor living are part of the property's character.

Meet Our Resident Dogs 🐾

Voivoi is also home to 9 friendly resident dogs, who live on the property and will often be around to welcome you.

They are part of life at Voivoi and one of the things that makes staying here different. Guests should therefore be comfortable being around dogs before booking the property.
